This is yet another shot of beautiful blue rays reaching up into space under the influance of twilight. This image is taken during a short August night when there is still a little twilight - the lingering effects of the "midnight sun" on the northern horizon. Although I could barely see the blue coloring the film picks it up well as it does not suffer from color blindness at night like we all do. I used a 6x7cm Home-built medium-format camera with a 38mm wide-angle lens and Kodak E100G film to record the scene. This image is availible in: 5x7, 8x12,11x15 and 12x18 Matted sizes are: 8x10,11x14,12x16,16x20 and 18x24. |
